  • We offer complimentary returns if initiated within 7 days of delivery. Please note that returns cannot be requested after 7 days of delivery. To check if your order is eligible for return, visit our returns request portal at escaro.in/return-request.
  • Only items in perfect, sellable condition with no signs of wear and tear, along with their original packaging, tags, accessories, and freebies, are eligible for return.
  • If a free gift that was included with your purchase is not returned with the products, the full MRP value of the freebie will be deducted from the refund amount. This policy is non-negotiable.
  • When trying on shoes, ensure you do so on carpeted surfaces to prevent scratching the soles, as scratched soles are non-returnable.
  • Please test the fitting of shoes without wrinkling the leather, particularly around the toe-line, as wrinkled products are non-returnable.
  • Used and worn products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • There are no returns for customized or personalized items.
  • Items can also be returned at our store in New Delhi.
  • Final-call items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Leather's natural beauty means that no two pieces are exactly alike. Therefore, natural markings and grain variations are not considered defects and cannot be grounds for returns.
  • Products purchased online may have subtle differences in hue, shine, and color compared to the website photographs. These differences arise from the handmade and hand-painted nature of our products. Variations in screen settings like brightness and saturation can also affect the product's appearance. Such variances are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for returns.
